Krystal Grimm

Krystal is the Office Manager at New Heights Behavioral Health. As Office Manager, Krystal oversees medical service activities and personnel. Krystal has over fifteen years of direct patient care experience. She is a graduate of York Technical College where she received her certification as a Medical Assistant. She currently attends Southern New Hampshire University where she’s majoring in Psychology and learning advanced methods of human behavior, which aligns with her current role of office manager at NHBH. 

Krystal has a plethora of hobbies to include event planning, jet skiing, and traveling. Krystal’s favorite quote is, “With love and patience; nothing is impossible.” This is a quote that is represented throughout Krystal’s work and personal life as she practices and lives with integrity in everything she does.
